I would love to take the time and answer these questions! First of all, in case you weren't aware, our soil today is less nutritious thanks to chemical fertilizers and toxins. To add on to that, our air is extremely polluted. All these things play a significant factor in our health. The result? We are overfed and undernourished. I used to be against "supplementing" until I learned how, no matter how healthy I made my meals, they would always lack the complete nutrients.

Final question: Is it worth it? I can only speak for myself here. YES! I have seen a difference in my energy to the extent that I have reduced my coffee intake, I crave sugary/salty foods significantly less because I am satisfied by my meals (which one of them is shakeology), and it's my easiest no brainer meal of the day. What's better than a grab and go breakfast in the morning when you don't have time? I also bake with it (because I get bored of shakes) and use it in other ways to make sure I include it in my day every day! I would never encourage someone to use something I won't use myself.
