I LOVE coming home to this view! No...not his body (but that's wonderful too...keeping it PG ya'll) 🙃 but seeing the hubs commit to his workouts no matter how tired he is from a long day at the hospital! #noexcuses
Oh, and my hubs will be the first to tell you that PIYO (pilates&yoga combination workout program) is NOT just for women! It has improved his balance and core strength while snowboarding and flexibility in daily activities (stretching after running, etc) so he is repeating it ❤👏🏽
Can you give him a shout out with me? I really don't believe the "I don't have time" excuse. These workout programs come with as little as 10 minute workouts 25 minute workouts 30 minute workouts and MORE. So it's not about being busy, it's either a priority or it's not.
Oh and that move he is doing is called the crouching push-up 😉
