This is why I am so crazy excited our company (Beachbody) has FINALLY developed a program called 2B Mindset that focuses JUST on nutrition! After so many years of following food rules (and the food police), giving into an all/nothing mindset, being trapped in a yoyo cycle with nutrition, and fighting remnants of an eating disorder, I am SO thankful for this course and how it put me on a path where God could reveal so He could heal. It was time to face my giants and this course equipped me. I haven’t been emotionally eating since MAY. There are days I’m super triggered but my mindset is different! I choose purpose over preference, On the left I was stress eating, terrified of using the scale as a tool, and frustrated my workouts weren’t showing results (because nutrition is 80% of results). Now I’ve found something that will stick long term! Down 8 pounds, many inches but most importantly I’m able to enjoy food in a way I haven’t in a long time! I actually enjoy cooking again and enjoying treats without any guilt. I am not overcompensating with fitness and not obsessively calorie counting. It feels good to be free and that is what I want for you!
