I do not mess around when it comes to breakfast. Featured above is one of my favorite go to breakfast. It has 1/4 cup oats, a strip of grilled chicken, avocado, and one egg...that's probably lunch for some people! My breakfast will nearly always have protein, fats, and carbs to get me going for the day!
What often happens when you skip breakfast?
Personally I have found that I can concentrate better, have more energy, and am able to make better food choices throughout the day when I have a healthy balanced breakfast. It doesn't have to be complicated! A banana and peanut butter, yogurt with some fruit, or an egg on a whole grain english muffin and your good to go! ;)
