My Top 5 Benefits of CHIA SEEDS:
I am excited to share with you some of my favorite recipes that include chia seeds! Honestly, they are so easy to mix in anything! For me I toss them in oatmeal, yogurt, salads, smoothies, cakes/cookies, and I use them to make pudding because of their gel like form when mixed with liquid!
