You guys know how much I love to highlight the ladies I serve in my groups! This is my sweet friend Carissa and man was I excited when I got this text from her on Tuesday morning! My favorite part is that she has victories in mind body and soul! All three. That's my heart as a coach is to support women in their wellness journey to experience an inside out transformation! This week has been SO busy on all levels (mommy, wife, business, Christmas, family, etc.) and it can be easy to forget to fuel myself WELL during the day which leaves me ravenous at night. What comes with being too hungry? Poor judgment. I let my nutrition slip a couple of nights because I wasnt eating enough during the day. On Wednesday I got my act together and started making sure I wasn't skipping or postponing meals and then making sure each meal was nutrient dense so it would curb cravings. It worked! By dinner time I am the "normal" hungry and am able to make wise decisions with my food!
