When I wake up early to ensure I have basked in God's presence and taken the time to SWEAT as an extension of my worship, I am simply BETTER for my family. I am more patient, clear, focused, un-rushed, and energized. I will say this, when I began this morning routine it wasn't easy and I didn't feel on top of the world all the time because it was a huge lifestyle adjustment. However, I remained diligent and determined to DELIGHT in the Lord and SWEAT for him. In time, it became a craving. I craved rising up early to sit with His Word and yes, I even craved my 30 minute sweat sessions because I knew all the benefits it brought to my body. It's plain and simple, I take care of me so I can take care of them! What is your biggest struggle with finding time for YOU?
