Workouts for this week were a combination of Insanity Max30 and 21 Day Fix Extreme!
I love sitting down every weekend and prepping my grocery list, meals, and workout schedule. This is why keeps me determined, motivated, and excited! Right now at 30 weeks pregnant my body is a bit different each day in terms of strength and endurance so that's why I have been doing a lot of cardio & strength combinations!
On Wednesday I was SO close to changing Max out cardio but I said to myself "nope, you wrote it down, baby is moving around like crazy and could probably use this cardio to be rocked to sleep, and you feel good today...just push play." So I did. I replaced my excuses with effort. Listen, you never fail if you push play! After I was a sweaty mess and felt GREAT! #gingyptian was quiet during the workout but wakes up right after and starts kicking again 😂 if this is a peak into his legit schedule, I'm going to have to carry him and squat a lot to help him sleep!
