Do you find yourself hungry a lot during the day? It's possible that the snacks you are choosing may not have enough of the right things to keep you satisfied. Here are some of my favorites!
You just can't go wrong with greek yogurt! I love adding cinnamon, blueberries, and sliced almonds to mine :) On the right are my no bake vegan chocolate shakeology cookies! Oh my goodness. They are so delicious and packed with superfoods, vitamins and minerals! You can also replace shakeology protein powder. May not be as dense though! Feel free to email me if you want the recipe!
Then there is oatmeal, another classic snack for me! Did you know you can also make it savory by adding egg whites and water and then some turkey a dash of salt and pepper? Look up savory oatmeal dishes! So yummy. Hard boiled eggs are also a big snack of mine!
Finally, I am on a pomegranate kick this week! I forgot how much I love their benefits, crunch, and taste. I just don't like how hard it is to get those seeds out! Thankfully some awesome friends of mine showed me some pomegranate hacks ;) Cut it length wise, tip it seed down over a bowl, and slap it's "bum" with a wooden spoon and the seeds fall out!
Hope some of these snacks helps to simply it for you. Focus on a mix of proteins and complex carbs to help keep you full longer and as always, stay hydrated! The more thirsty you are, the more hungry you will think you are :)
