These were some of yesterday's simple meals! I wanted to still share them here today because I know I'm not the only mom/ person who has days they are just CRAY CRAY so the need for easy nutritious meals is necessary!
✨Breakfast: vegan chocolate shakeology with almond milk, oats, banana, and almonds.
✨AM snack: 1 egg and half cup egg whites with 1 small yellow potato and tomato.
✨Lunch: Stir fried lean ground beef (leftovers) with leftover potato and veggies
