Here it is! Results aren't huge but I wasn't expecting them to be. It's 7 days. BUT, here is what I can tell you. I am less bloated!! The picture on the left was after a few weekend treats so I was a bit bloated from that. I absolutely plan on doing the Shaun week calendar after the Shift Shop program sneak peak today. Spent some time doing meal prep yesterday and threw some chicken in the crockpot with vegetable broth and poultry seasoning so it's easy to use throughout the week for salads or wraps!
Do you have items on repeat each weekend that you prep?! This is definitely going in my rotation!
