I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say that salads are boring. WELL! Not the ones I make! My husband can testify! I pack them with everything nutritious I can think of (usually a mix of protein, carbs, and good fats).
The salad above had some baked sesame garlic chicken, brown rice and quinoa mix, peppers, spinach, cucumbers, tomato, blueberries, and guacamole as salad dressing. So good. So colorful. So BOMB! Give salads a chance for a delicious and filling meal!
