**1/2 Cup Pretzels
**1 Cup Strawberries With 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips.
**Celery and Apples With 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter.
**1/4 Cup Pistachios With 1/4 Cup dried fruit
**Sliced Bell Pepper or cucumber with 2 Tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
**2 Cups Air Popped Popcorn And A Clementine
**2 Hardboiled Eggs With 1/2 Cup Pretzels
**Greek Yogurt Cup With Fruit and Nuts
We got to the hotel around 9pm last night and we were absolutely exhausted. I got up this morning and got my workout in (Shout out to Hampton Inn's gym! It was solid). I did 20 minutes interval training on the elliptical and then 30 minutes of total body strength training (you know, lunges, squats, shoulder presses, planks, HIIT drills, etc.).
Though I am a certified personal trainer through AFAA, I am not a nutritionist. Any food posts on this blog are simply related to my journey!
