Listen, we are not going to be perfect all the time but the goal is to get better with how we respond to each trigger and be stronger than yesterday! Often times the comeback takes longer than the setback but I refuse to give up. So, if you are on YOUR fitness journey and feeling lose, defeated, discouraged, and about to throw in the towel...DON'T. There is hope. Each day is a new opportunity to try again with the mindset of "I WILL conquer today!" If I can take it a step further, you don't even have to wait until tomorrow! Just because you ate poorly at lunch doesn't mean you need to 1) starve yourself the rest of the day or 2) overeat the rest of the day. Each hour is a new opportunity to do better.
