Today has been super busy already but I had to stop and make these coconut + PB + chocolate chip energy balls because I am noticing I have been more "snacky" lately. So I would rather grab 2 of these than other things that have 0 nutritional value for me!
If you're one of my clients this recipe is familiar ;) Try it and let me know how you like it! Ingredients you need are:
✨2 cups oats
✨2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
✨1/3 cup chocolate chips
✨1/2 cup peanut butter ( I use all natural. Literally the only ingredient is peanuts)
✨1/3 cup honey
✨1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by mixing the oats, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes together then add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract! Roll into balls and then chill for an hour or if you're like me, just go ahead and have one ;)
