Okay New Englander's, I know some of you got a ton of snow but over here in New Hampshire...it was a mini joke. BUT if you are stuck inside, here is an indoor workout you can do!
I know the 30 Burpees are BEAST but I believe in you. You can always break it up in sets of 10! Your goal is to eventually be able to complete 3 rounds. Let me know how you do!
P.S. The bicycles are bicycle crunches! Feel free to google any of the exercises if you are unsure of what it is.
