I debated on whether or not to put this under the Beachbody section but WHATEVSSSS, It's all fitness right? A lot of my challengers are doing the 21 day fix extreme right now and they inspired me to whip out cardio fix extreme tonight as my workout! Here are the 12 moves in ridiculous fast motion ;) It's broken down so there are 3 moves and 4 rounds. The first 2 moves are 1 minute and the 3rd is 30 seconds! Sorry the quality isn't super great.
