Instead of trying another diet, what if you spent time at the feet of Jesus and focused on allowing Him to recalibrate your soul? That is my goal during this challenge. With any new adventure it's important to be flexible, be teachable, and be humble. This is what we have been teaching the ladies joining us. We can't be experts at something we have never done before! I am so excited to try brand new workouts focusing on my arms, core, and glutes. I am excited the workouts are longer. I am excited to use equipment I've never used before. I am approaching it all with grace, anticipation, and GOD-fidence!
