No. It’s to then go out and help others do the same. This morning began the Body Kindness journey I am teaching over 100 women. It’s that same theme that will also be the heart of what I teach the doctors I am working with. Diets don’t work. Our bodies are not our enemy. In order to learn this new truth, however, it requires us to unlearn all the tangling habits we have created over the years.
I say all this to remind you that I am here. I teach with passion. I come alongside you. I do it with you. We grow together. We do it one on one. We do it in a community. Are you tired of the cycle you’re in? Are you emotionally and mentally over it? Is your body scarred and exhausted too? Let’s allow Grace to penetrate and marinate in our hearts as we seek to honor God with how we care for ourselves with the most important tools HE gave us: freedom, peace, grace.
