Guys this program is no joke. I don't know why I am sounding all surprised here because it's Shaun T...and nothing he does is a joke! I am on week 4 day 2 this week and I am excited to move on to month 2! I know those workouts are even harder but it will be nice to switch things up :)
Also, can we just take a moment and "awww" at this boy!! He kills me. A routine meal right now has been 1 egg, 3 egg whites and turkey bacon with veggies! Love the combo of protein to keep me full. Anyone else LOVE turkey bacon?!?
Um. Tabouli & hummus is where it's at people. Best combination ever ESPECIALLY on salads! This si why I don't use dressing! So much flavor already :)
Graham and I were blessed to have a date night last week and I got to try something called the "green matcha latte." It's supposed to have really good greens that fuel your body and it was actually really delicious. Highly recommend it! I didn't want to derail my hard work so I did get the seafood grill platter and only had a bit of the mashed potatoes. It was so good!!
Max30 Weekly Grocery List
Greens: Spinach, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers
Yellow: Sweet potato, quinoa, brown rice, whole grain bread, oatmeal
Red: chicken, ground turkey, eggs, greek yogurt, tuna
Purple: Banana, strawberries, apples, grapes
Blue: Avocado, hummus, feta cheese
Teaspoon: peanut butter, coconut oil, peanut butter powder, tabouli
Ready to knock week 2 out of the park!!!
