Tonight we made a delicious easy and quick meal so I wanted to share it with you guys. I usually try to hit the gym after work but tonight I decided to come home so I could quickly get the potatoes ready (they take the most time) and did a strength based circuit while it was baking. I had pealed and chopped the potatoes earlier that morning and left them soaking in water until I was home from work.
