sweet potatoes, mooching off of my mom's awesome vegetable soup that she sent me home with, and chopping up all salad items, I am able to throw these awesome nutritious dishes together! It's not hard, but it requires effort. No excuses. Your body is not going to get any stronger or healthier if you just wish for it, sometimes you have to work for it and make better decisions. Let's do this!
