Almost wrapping up week 1 of our current 21 day fitness bootcamp using a program called Shift Shop and I already can't wait to share my results with you because 5 days in and I am seeing a HUGE difference in energy, in my body, and in my will power. I forgot how crazy important it is to really pay attention to the food you're eating!
The last 4 months I have really slacked on portion control and it stunted my progress. Let me just be clear, committing to a healthy lifestyle does not mean starving yourself. As you can see with some of the sample meals I have had this week, I am eating plenty! But it's the RIGHT foods in the RIGHT portions!
I am just thankful that the meal plan + grocery list was literally laid out for me plain and simple so all I have to do was follow it. I think I was getting burnt out because it was mentally draining to have to keep creating a meal plan every week! Now I have access to over 100 meal plans at my finger tips and it's making life easier.
What is the hardest thing for you with relation to nutrition ?
