Core De Force is one of my favorite home based programs to strengthen + chisel your core! Feeling way stronger than when I started. I still modify some of the push-ups but my core strength is much better! If you have back pain or back issues, the first place I'd recommend paying attention to is your core! Excited to take before pictures before hitting up Shaun week next week!
REMINDER: you can always start where you are. Focus on progression. Just show up. Even when no one is watching! The biggest reasons I post my results here is #1: for my own accountability and #2: to show you that I'm not just a coach who tells you what to do and doesn't walk the walk myself. I'm here to show you that YOU GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN! So which will win? Effort or excuses ?
Also know that nutrition has to be on point to really see results when it comes to your core! That's why I am so thankful for the color coded portion control containers to keep me on track. NO counting calories...just colors ;)
