Today I am 9 weeks postpartum and feeling GREAT! I plan to do another round of Core De Force because I have loved my results and want to challenge myself even more! My nutrition wasn't 100% and I wasn't able to add the separate core workouts each day so I am planning to go into this next round with the intention to really commit even more. Here are the changes I DO see:
