Calling ALL upcoming brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride, and mothers of the groom! This is a health and fitness GRACE-Camp just for YOU!🎉🙌🏽
We ran this group last year and it was SUCH a hit and so much fun so it is back and best part is I get the honor of co-leading it with one of my sweetest teammates!
I remember feeling so stressed out during the wedding planning season and completely neglecting my self care. If I am honest, I didn't feel my best on my wedding day. I know weddings aren't about appearances but you want to FEEL your best and confident in your skin and dress!
Every single month I run a different faith + fitness grace camp and this one is so special to my heart. You and your entire trial party are invited because I remember that even as a bridesmaid, I wanted to feel my best!
This will be THREE WEEKS of fun, community, and discipline! I want to help you create SUSTAINABLE habits. What's the point of starting something you can't maintain, right? There will be no dieting or deprivation. I would much rather help you commit to excellence than obsession/ perfection. Yes it takes commitment, yes it will challenge you...but we will go on a journey together!
HOW IT WORKS:
In this grace camp you will:
💝Gain Access to our private free app where we will log in workouts and nutrition
💝Dig deep into daily devotionals as we go through the book Things I Wish I’d Known Before We Got Married by Gary Chapman (relevant to single women, if you’re dating, engaged or already married I promise!!)
💝Have access to 600+ home based workouts (you could also take to the gym)
💝An amazing supply of a nutrient dense superfood smoothie to help curb cravings and give you one BRAINLESS meal each day
💝Support, motivation and coaching by me!
Ready to do this? We start March 7 with PREP and then officially begin March 12! Fill out the application and let’s do this!
*Feel free to share with a friend if this isn't relevant to you but it might be to others!
>>First 3 women that go ALL in get the book from me as a gift!<<
Though I am a certified personal trainer through AFAA, I am not a nutritionist. Any food posts on this blog are simply related to my journey!
