Believe it or not you can get your body up and moving in just 10 short minutes before you walk out that door and head to work, school, or wherever!
Try this out
(let the first round be your warm up so take it slow and easy!)
10 slow squats
10 jumping jacks
10 regular squats
10 butt kicks
10 squat jumps*
20 mountain climbers
*If squat jumps are a challenge, you can squat and come up to your tippy toes then back down*
10 push ups
1 minute wall sit
10 tricep dips
1 minute plank
(Repeat both rounds 2-3x depending on how much time you have)
Make sure you do some stretches after and hydrate!
*It can be hard to find time during a busy schedule to exercise so why not take these simple moves with you throughout the day?
Are you waiting for your computer to load a document at work? Do some squats!
Have you been sitting for 20 minutes without moving? Get up, squat, and do some air punches!
