Today I'm thankful for workouts that are only 25 minutes to help me get it done just in time… Literally just in time… Like the second it was over he was crying and ready to eat🙌🏼. Guys, working out doesn't have to take hours. I actually prefer shorter workouts that are MORE intense. Where are my mommas who struggle with getting a workout in because of time? I got you!🙋🏽 always an email away if you have questions (firstname.lastname@example.org). Althoughhhhh just today I bought Core De Force since that's my next workout program I plan to complete from start to finish! It's MMA style and I am super excited about it! The hard part will be the time. Workouts range form 25-60 minutes! Should be interesting ;)
One thing I aim to do every day is get out. It's so important to try to leave the house even if it's just sitting outside for a little bit to get some sun on your face! It can be easy to get cabin fever when you're home so much, especially since I'm my own boss and work from home! I have to be intentional about leaving and just stepping outside for fresh air when I can!
I am opening up 2 different challenge groups that will both be kicking off 11/14!
✔️One will be digging into a character study of the proverbs 31 woman using @michellelmyers newest book, Famous In Heaven And At Home while also focusing on wellness with workouts and nutrition. The first three to sign up receive the book as a gift from me!
✔️Second one is my post partum group! Any mommas who recently had their babies (within the year) and looking for support, workout guidance, and a clear nutrition plan can join me as I'm ready to jump back in after having my son on 9/26! We will be discussing wellness, PP depression, and how to ensure our family time is never sacrificed!
Every month I pray over the theme of my groups and I am truly just so excited about November!! I am just an email away friends!
Though I am a certified personal trainer through AFAA, I am not a nutritionist. Any food posts on this blog are simply related to my journey!
