This faith + fitness challenge is for YOU!
Starting January 15 (EDIT: Possible opening a second group in February if there is interest! Limit of 5 women!) a few of my sweet sisters/teammates and I will be leading several women on an 80 day journey with the newest 80 day home based (or gym based) work out program called 80 Day Obsession. Created by Autumn Calabrese (creator of 21 day fix/fix extreme/ and Master's Hammer + Chisel), this program is going to be as though you hired her as YOUR personal trainer only for WAY less $$$$.
The workouts are shot in REAL TIME! Yes! They are streamed LIVE! So you will be working out every day WITH Autumn! If you can't make the live shooting, no stress! All videos will be saved for when you can get your workout in! The workouts are also 45-60 min each. Yes, they are long BUT you will feel SO empowered when you do them!
Now let me just say, I hate the word obsession. Personally I feel like if you're going to be obsessed about anything, it should be Jesus. Just keeping it real. So we have changed the focus of our challenge to 80 days of EXCELLENCE! Not perfection. Not obsession. We aren't interested in creating bondage but breaking bondage. Amen?
>>THE WORKOUTS-WHO ARE THEY FOR?<<
1) If you're new to exercise, you can still do this. Feel free to listen to your body and take the exercises down a notch to meet your level of fit and you WILL get stronger
2) If you've been working out but need to challenge your body in a whole new way, this is for you too! The workouts will target your core, gluten, and arms but it will be total body as well!
**If you are pregnant or newly postpartum please talk to me privately! This may not be the best fit right now but I would love to help you with other options !
Timed nutrition is such a NEW concept to many. Not only will you have fun color coded containers to help you count/track your colors (not calories) and teach you portion control, but you will learn what colors best go together to boost metabolism and burn fat AND what time is best to consume each color. There is FREEDOM in this. You get to choose what you eat but the program outlines when and how much. It's super helpful!
Again. I am personally not going to be "obsessive" about this. I am excited to learn more about nutrition and my body and will commit to excellence but I will not do it 1000% because my binge eating background will get triggered and I will want to rebel. Just being real, again. I want to help you balance your plates and savor your meals and get results but you don't need to do that in a super rigid obsessive way! I will help you find the balance here.
Every package comes with the strength slides + resistance bands! They both add a whole new element of resistance and BURN! It's going to be amazing. You'll also need weights! And more than 5 pounders! You WILL get strong, sister!
Ever start your workout routine and find yourself too tired or too sore that you just can't commit to the level of excellence you had hoped? Well this is where the performance line is KEY and I personally invested in all of it so I can set myself up for success.
Each package option will be different based on your financial season and level of commitment. Many include Energize + Recover. What are they?

This is our protein shake! The Chocolate one tastes like Nesquik chocolate milk. Literally just shake with ice + water and not only is it yummy but it will speed up the muscle recovery process so you're not so sore that you can't crush your NEXT workout. It will be vital.

We are focusing on how to SIMPLIFY 2018. Decluttering our souls and the noise in our lives. Three words will be the pillar to our group.

The courage to begin. The strength to continue. The perseverance to finish.
I am not intersted in a physical change if it doesn't come with a soul/internal one. If that's not something you're looking for, I'm not the right coach for you. I don't focus on scale. I don't focus on numbers. I focus on strength, health, growth in faith, growth in confidence, growth in peace, and growth in hope. You WILL see physical results, but that's not what will lead our journey.
