Sometimes we are intimidated by the idea of committing to a workout program and the amount of time needed. What if you ease your way into it? What if you start with this?
Just for YOU I created this 5 minute pre-workout workout ;) Try doing this every day this week and then work to increase your time by doing 2 rounds the next week!
