Feeling GREAT at 18 weeks! Working on keeping my body STRONG & FLEXIBLE during this pregnancy and I'm thankful for my home based programs to help me do that! Sure I've had the occasional pizza and steak fries (😍) but overall nutrition has been pretty clean with very little cravings and lots of energy (shameless shout out to my superfood shake for that!). We had our first ultrasound on the 3rd and found out the sex of our baby but have to keep it quiet till we can tell both sides of the family at Graham's graduation on 5/21! Our sweet little one is healthy and we are so excited for this journey!
Mamas! You're not alone. I promise it IS possible to stay active and healthy during your pregnancy!
