I generally eat every 2-3 hours. Is it a strict schedule? Not at all. I do my best to simply listen to my body's hunger cues and try to notice if it's legit hunger or if it's an uncomfortable emotion like boredom, sadness, or who knows what! Generally though, 2-3 is the norm. In recent conversations, some have shared they can go a long time without breakfast, have lunch at the normal hour, and then get some serious munchies between 2-3:30pm and by that time the heart is willing but the flesh is weak and next thing you know you're grabbing a Snickers Bar!
The solution? Here are some of my favorite healthy snacks I keep with me throughout the day to beat the munchies and prevent overeating at dinner time :)
