Compared to a couple weeks ago this week has been significantly better with carb cravings! I am hydrating a lot more and trying to just eat bigger nutrient dense meals throughout the day so I don't get ravenous and then eat all carbs in sight. A few nights ago I wanted COOKIES. Go figure we have none in the house so I decided to make some. Thankfully I found a recipe for 21 day fix approved cookies that were clean because I am all about enjoying foods but also really enjoy making healthier versions...as long as they are yummy :D...These ones were a hit! They were kind of scone like which made me love them even more because I could have them with coffee or tea and not eat too many at once.
